Girl on Vacation — Pool Time
Ancient Paradise · Personal Mythology
Original Soft Pastel on Archival Paper · 40 × 30 cm · 2026
Girl on Vacation — Pool Time | Ancient Paradise is an original soft pastel drawing by Liron E. Rafael, created in Rhodes, Greece.
A quiet summer moment unfolds beside the pool: warm Mediterranean light, still water and a resting figure caught between movement and complete stillness. Rather than documenting the place literally, the work preserves the feeling of being there — the freedom to pause, breathe and simply exist.
THE ARCHETYPE
The Vacation archetype is the permission to pause.
A reminder that rest, pleasure and presence are not something we need to earn.
